3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate location data (GPS) and phone numbers to ensure successful delivery. FeastyBox reserves the right to terminate accounts that use abusive language with riders or customer support.
4. Limitation of Liability
FeastyBox shall not be liable for any food-related issues (health, taste, quality). However, we will assist in resolving disputes with the restaurant partner on your behalf.
