1. Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation from the restaurant.

  • Before Confirmation: You may cancel the order within 1 minute of placing it, provided the restaurant has not accepted it yet.
  • After Confirmation: If you cancel after the restaurant has started preparation, FeastyBox reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to 100% of the order value to compensate the restaurant and rider.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a refund in the following cases only:

  • Packaging Tampering: The food packaging was damaged or unsealed at the time of delivery.
  • Missing Items: You received an incomplete order (refund will be partial for the missing item).
  • Wrong Item: You received a different item than what you ordered.

Note: We do not provide refunds for 'Taste' or personal preference issues.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds for UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card payments will be initiated within 24 hours and credited to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
