2. Ownership: The Platform is owned by MR SUNNY RAJ, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at MIRPUR BHUAL, DIGHWARA, Dighwara, India.

3. Usage: By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms constitute Your binding obligations.

4. Accuracy: Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information offered on this website.

5. Jurisdiction: All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dighwara and Bihar.

₹Refund & Cancellation

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Shipping Status: Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the seller has already initiated shipping or the product is out for delivery.
  • Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (like eatables) unless the quality is established as bad.
  • Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by MR SUNNY RAJ, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Important: Check on Delivery

To avoid inconvenience, we strictly recommend checking your order at the time of delivery. If the item is wrong, spoiled, or damaged, you may reject it at the doorstep for an immediate replacement or refund. You are not required to accept or keep a spoiled product.

1. Return Window: We offer refund / exchange within the first 1 day from the date of your purchase.

2. After 1 Day: If 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

3. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging (if applicable). Perishable items cannot be returned after the 1-day window.

🚚Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped within 1 day from the date of the order/payment or as per the agreed delivery date[cite: 122].

Courier Partners: Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies.

Delays: Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.

Shipping Costs: If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, the same is not refundable.
